Love this phone.after android 10 update,my phone become slow and laggy.then I factory reset my phone and my M20 become soooooo smooth like a new phone..love this phone

such a waste mobile i have never seen till now.i never thought that samsung will implement this type of phone to market.waste of money,waste of time to search for samsung Mseries mobiles.not an M series dont by samsung mobile.best u people prefer for vivo or oppo.samsung is similar to any china second piece mobile.

My m20 is smooth running on android 10 1Ui compared to the previous OS, been using it as my daily driver. And so far day to day task are smooth, installed call of duty too and the game runs ok

After 10.0 Update every time freeze the display. Touch hangs every time when calls comes. Mobile is very slow. Worst update 10.0. Pls fix it soon as possible.

After the pie update M20 keeps on lagging. Alot of m20 users on our fb group are very dissapointted, hope you can find way to fix this

In m20 when I record call only my voice recorder. Even after using loudspeaker mode. In settings option it is recorded but not playing. Same softwAre working nicely in other phones. Please help how to solve this issue in m20.
