No NFC? But leaked sketch from the manual showed us NFC antenna. It means that probably the global version will have nfc. The same with chipset, probably global version will have 7885(according to the previous benchmarks leaks) instead of 9704(which is exclusively for Indian users as I understood).

TFT stands for Thin Film Transistor, which is used in most LCD displays, it has nohing to do with quality. This is a PLS display, Samsung "claims" that it's an improved version of IPS, which means nothing in my opinion, I don't expect a great LCD display at this price, but it's not going to be behind the competition

People sometime are too asking. After a long time Samsung has really launched a pretty good device at low price. And some are saying tft display, notification led, nfc etc.
If you really want everything with NO COMPROMISE then Galaxy Note 9. But then don't complain about Glass Back fingerprint smudge or Bixby.
But don't over expect from mid range devices.
