I bought this samsung M21 mobile phone about 1.5 years ago. From few days, it just freezes and restarts automatically in a painstakingly frequent manner.

I bought this phone one year back and after one year as warranty finish , one fine day during an imcmong call it hanged and switched off automatically. Now its not starting at all, showed to Samsung showroom they said mother board is gone and replacing it will cost you rs 8000 since it's an international version and warranty is not International and phone currently being used in India I don't have any other option to put it in garbage. Its absolutely waste of money and I will never recommend for the buy, moreover Samsung is heading towards Nokia attitude where they don't care about customer issues as long phone is being sold.

Wouldn't recommend this phone at all. Bought Samsung Galaxy M21 a year ago and I have faced several issues with it. It tends to restart several times, gets hung, and after a point, my phone even stopped working altogether. Now the service center people fail to fix the issue and offer just 3K for such an expensive phone. In fact, selling your M-series phones is a lot harder as it is sold only online in India.
It worked great for the first 4 to 5 months, noticed the issue only later on. The camera is good and other features are also pretty good. The only problem is the rebooting and at times it happens for a day-long as well. So it's not worth the risk of buying this phone.

Network catching power is very poor. I bought 6gb ram.
In my ship I ovserved that, Samgsung J1 can catch network very fast than samsung M21.M21performance is not good. I am disappointed.
