    It hasn't good features such as auto power on/off .
    Alarming function doesn't work while mobile is switch off.
    It has signal problems.
    It has not good features according to its price.

            Nice phone using since 20 days,battery good day light cameras good,good for normal daily uses,but signal quality not proper as compared to other phones,should improve the signal quality as only 3 sticks appear mostly insignal ,full signal in very rear,although calls are proper,night camera's should be improved as compared to other phones in segment.

                    This is middle range phone not suitable for heavy gaming
                    Good for daily use on app like prime video, Netflix, you tube, hotstar etc. Also for what's up, Instagram, Twitter, internet, sharing information like documents, pdf, video, images
                    Also it is extremely user friendly
                    Samsung one UI2.0 is quite smooth & secure
                    Try to keep your SYNC off which eats battery & keep device hot since it's continuously run at background & also if u r from low network area all devices diverts their all energy towards connectivity which is continuous process can also make your handset hot
                    So if you are playing game with SYNC & weak connectivity you may experience heating problem with fast drainage of battery
                    Also u disable "run at background" for unwanted app will help for smooth running of device

                      Gets extremely hot during calling and gaming

                        Very good baterry and Amoled screen quality by money. Phone works great, i recommend.

                                Samsung gone mad again just like old days. They are hiking their price while the product quality is not up to the mark.
                                Samsung M21 is one of the the worst device by Samsung,don't go for it's specifications.
                                Continue call drop problem and very cheap build quality.
                                Even cheaper build quality than the J series.

                                  M21 good phone by Samsung. Very good 2 day battery backup I'm getting. Good sound, quality display, good cameras. Nice work Samsung. Very reliable brand and has good after sales service in my country.

                                    pls is the m21 in ghana. i called a samsung retail shop in ghana and the customer care rep said the M series except M11 is meant to be in Asia alone.
