This is what happens when you let apple and the chinese lead the way, these M phones are samsungs answer to Huawei and such corners cut phones, over time Amoled then will only be available on higher end devices because people don't want to pay, simple as that, for now you can still get say the A7 2018 without all the display downgrades.

The only thing I fear is the weight, Samsunt phones are usually 15-20% heavier than others for the same sizes/battery capacities/specs. I hope it won't get over 190g, but most likely will be somewhere between 200 and 210g, to heavy for my pocket, especially when I have some less rigid comfy trousers instead of jeans.
Also, the width of the M series on gsmarena seems off, it makes no sense, the biggest model is almost as wide as the smallest one. And if you take screen size, ratio and dpi into account, it says this will be a bit wider, unless Samsung came with an almost inexistent lateral bezel on this, which is highly improbable, since it;s cheap phone.

A7 2018 is far better AMOLED &FLASH better selfi in low light
