As above mentioned survey... I purchased from samsung online market. Means a perfect product from its mother hand. Not used any heavy application even a single game. Not used any other charger even a single time. Not charged continues or i charged after 30% and removing charger only after it make full. Means clear usages as per following their rules.
First 5..6 months worked normal, then started continues restart. But sometimes it work when i keep device under AC or in refrigerator (sorry... I am not joking ). Now after 15 months of purchase date i put to garbage. Because from services center they said... Board complaint, better you purchase a new mobile. 16999 rupee wasted.

I purchased Samsung Galaxy M30S via their online portal in Nov 2019 for Rs.13,999. I did not have any issues with the phone until last week. I used it for 17 months exactly.. As I was checking my emails, the phone suddenly hanged. I tried to switch it off and then it got switched on ..only to get stuck at the Samsung logo. At the authorized service center, I was asked to replace the motherboard at a cost of Rs.5482.08. I am shocked at this enormous cost!
I am disappointed with the quality of this Samsung product. I dont play games on this phone, use company provided charger only. How can the phone run into such a big issue with minimal usage...

Phone is a beast i have been using for year and very good battery life for 2+ days of moderate use and nice amoled screen. i am always looking for and failing to find a new replacement in the same price level.

I'm conducting a survey related to motherboard issues of Samsung galaxy M30s. Please i need a sincere feedback from users.
1. For those who expereince motherboad damage and requiring replacement,
(a) Do u frequently play heavy games like popg, call duty etc?
(b) Have you ever had an accidental phone drops? If yes, how many times?
(c) Was there any time your phone got wet?
(d) Was there any time you experience a slow charging despite using the correct charger or otherwise?
2. For those who expereince phone lags or multiple restart after update
(a) Did you completed all apps update?
(b) Did you clear catch after the update?
(c) Did you format the phone after the update?
Please you may respond to each questions by writing the question no and writing Yes or No or briefly explain your answer.

Arjun, 06 Apr 2021I purchased jan 2020 now mother board issue now asked 9k. It is important to know that the following factors may cause damage to mother board of your samsung mobile especially in entry or mid-range phones:
1. Overheating: This may occur due to a low quality charger or using the mobile while charging. Some apps also cause overheating
2. Playing heavy games due to high battery consumption and overheating.
3. Water damage: water can enter into the board and causes some faults.
4.Physical damage and hard Drops: Allof which can cause damage to the board.

Has anyone updated M30s from andriod 10 2.5UI to andriod 11 3.0UI ? Any Issues with the latest update. I have just recieved the update but I'm skeptical.
