                      (downlink 3 carrier aggregation) itself means LTE+

                      Please comment after proper research.

                      A50 has the same specifications, and it supports LTE+, Galaxy M30s too has the capability to support LTE+,

                      Sadly Samsung has currently not enabled LTE+ in M30s, it can enable it via OTA updates if it want. Samsung enabled LTE+ in A50 via OTA updates only.

                      I personally felt cheated, because Exynos 9611 supports lte+, and Carrier Aggregation is mentioned here in GSMARENA.

                            Difference b/w Processor (Samsung Monster V/S Redmi Beast)

                            Samsung M30S using Exynos 9611 Processor (which having NX bit) technology 1067MHz higher ram speed (3200MHz [30S] vs 2133MHz [8pro] ), 2nm smaller semiconductor size
                            Note: NX bit helps protect the computer from malicious attacks.

                            Redmi Note 8 Pro using Mediatek Helio G90T ( 0.63% faster CPU speed) which means [2 x 2.05GHz & 6 x 2GHz (8pro) vs 4 x 2.3 & 4 x 1.7GHz (M30S).
                            Secondly, it has out-of-order execution (Out-of-order execution is used in CPUs to make use of instruction cycles that would normally be wasted due to delays.)
                            It also Supports ECC memory (Error-correcting code memory can detect and correct data corruption. It is used when is it essential to avoid corruption, such as scientific computing or when running a server.)

                                        The phone is good. Cameras are pretty awesome - front and rear both. But the phone is heavy.
