Mobile mother board failed in after 13th month , samsung service center denied to repair free of cost & reparing cost coming 12500 rs finally my fulll amount waste after purchase samsung m 31 mobile

I bought this one year ago. It has performed well and I have had no issues. Battery life is spectacular. Great mid-range phone IMO. I'll never buy a flagship phone again.

M 31 phone is verd bad phone..i was brought this phone on 10 October. Then this phone get network is so so bad.i lose 24k money.

Another cause of over heat is charging while using mobile Hotspot, although this not the case for some phones. If you notice your phone is getting heat up when charging and using Hotspot, it is advisable to disconnect the charger so that the board is save from damage.

Most of these problems mentioned from some comments mostly occur from copy phones

Most of the latest updates (andriod 10 to 11) are not compatible to some phones. Older andriod versions (andriod pie downwards) are very stable. But thank God that samsung is improving the stability of these updates by frequent release of security updates. Hoping to see more stable software updates in the future.

All samsung users especially those using Exynos processor phones should know that one of the culprit of motherboard failures is heat. Do not allow ur phone to get overheated always all the time. Playing heavy games or using bad charger or overcharging are common causes of phone overheating. If you want your device to last long, you will need to avoid the aforementioned practices in addition to other precautionary measures such as avoiding frequent phone falls and water as well dust. It is so unfortunate that samsung need to balance the price of samsung phones by using cheap processors such as Exynos in most phones. Most phones with better processors like snapdragon cost higher if you analyse the market especially among midrange phones. For every device you pick there must be a downside. This has been the market strategy of phone manufacturers.

Useless model ,,my phone got heated up after 1.2 yrs of use and motherboard crashed .ic heat up issue,, samsung service centre demanded AED 700 to change the motherboard my purchase cost was AED 915, SO the phone will now land in garbage,, Lesson learned don't by expensive stuff .. unless you are super rich ...

worthless mobile. I bought this mobile on 5th August 2020 and used for one year and 2 months only. this has crashed yesterday. worst performance. never buy this product.

Very good phone for the price, i bought it for USD200, battery life fantastic, GPS very fast, camera good enough, no problem at all.

note- my elder brother have phone sales and servicing centre in Gulf and he suggest me to buy m31

My M31 worked perfectly after 14 months, battery still very lasting, everything work like new, great value phone, only drawback is no many accessories like phone casing, but can ve order online, as for the screen protector is use A51 screen protector & its fit perfectly.
Very good phone for the price it's asking.

Please dont go for m31.after one year all m31 phones have issues.Most of the M series mobikes are hanging and auto restarting after Software update. I I m facing this issue on my Samsung 31. Ater software update phone getting hang and restart again and again. ISamsung service center guys told me that phone's motherboard is not working. IAnd need to install new moderboard it costs me around 8000rs.

I ain't never buying Samsung ever. With in three the battery drown very fast. Even if i switch of the phone than also the battery drown. And it is very scratch prone. I have a bitter experience with every phone that i brought in recent 5/6 years

Bought a Samsung M31S on December 2020, started getting restart problem within 3 months after taking the latest update. At present, the phone won't even start! Whenever I take it to the service center, they simply do a factory reset and some firmware install, but the issue is always there. Worst decision to buy a Samsung phone that too by spending 20k!
