Recently I bought a Samsung M31. After 1 week of use I found that phone is hanging everyday. I can't listen WhatsApp Voice clips without head phone. Else I have to restart the phone to listen the voice message in speaker phone.
Also video camera stopped due to some unidentified issues. I had to restart the phone again.
Please post your comments if anyone had the same issues in M31.

Only 1 downside .. there is no 4G+ or LTE-A (Carrier Aggregation) .. not sure why Samsung locked in M series ..

When I go to pickup any call its light doesn`t turn off. for this I forced to press power button to turn the light off.

call recorder doesn't work, settings in phone to enable call recording missing, lot of background apps, use firewall to lengthen battery life because there is a lot of apps that drain battery.

Samsung phones charging time increase with time
first few weeks 1.5hr taking to full charge
At about 3,4 months 4 hrs
After 1 year charging time about 6hrs
Then you need overnight plugging to charge.
Disappointed about Samsung

Battery life is quite good. I have trouble with the wifi, like sometimes it doesn't connect and I have to restart it. Pictures are decent as well but video looks bad tbh. Auto-focus + your skin looks like something from oppo.

Worst Phone ever used. I thought of going with Samsung as it is non Chinese phone. But there seems to be a issue with the software. I ordered the phone via Amazon in Aug 2020. The phone use to automatically mute all the TouchPad, system, speaker sounds. I had to restart the always. Amazon replaced the phone stating it was faulty. The second phone same make and model, after 3 days of using started giving the same problem. Now Amazon is refunding my purchase amount. Pathetic Phones .....
