I've been using this phone for 10 months
My honset opinion? Dont buy it!
Samsung isnt good when it comes to budget phones
Consider huawei if you dont care about Google. Im not a fan of any company but honestly Huawei is doing better

About this phone:
The display is trash! Just compared it with an IPS 720p one and the result was disappointing! TFT is the worst...
And its not a responsive display. Sometimes it stops responding my touch comands
In daylight even maximum brightness doesn't help
Phones frame and back is made of low quality plastic and the frame is not just fit i mean i can move it a little :)
Its always warm and sometimes hot
Ram plus is not helping
I see lags and hiccups a lot when using 2 or 3 apps at the same time

                I have had this phone for over a month in Nigeria. Don't seem to get 5G network support. I have tried everything, updated to the latest release which is June update, still no 5g. Otherwise, the phone is cool. Our 5g network band here is n78 so I don't know what's happening. It only gets to 4G+ and that's as far as it goes. Any help or other recommendation would be appreciated.

Radio feature is a region dependent so it depends on every country. Try going to Samsung store near you and check the phone available with radio feature. Of course it will not be the M33 but newer models now.

                          One more additional question, what processor does your model come with?

                          From the information I have obtained, the "Radio FM" module is active only in models with Snapdragon,
                          while in Europe the M33 with "Exynos 1280" is available in the vast majority and there is no "Radio FM" application here.

                          I was also checking the M23 model with Snapdragon in many stores (I bought it on the basis of the store assurances that the "Radio FM app" was there and I returned it 4 hours later - the Radio wasn't there).

                          I need this app because due to the terrain configuration in my area, the GSM coverage is not stable but FM broadcasting is OK (more powerful transmitters).

                          Seeing that I need to buy a Galaxy phone with a radio this year, so let it has OS guaranteed to be updated three times

                              Does B/DS variant supports Radio FM app?

                              I'm looking for Samsung's mid-ranger with this app, audio jack, USB OTG and 3-years Android updates.
                              Although one variant of one step lower M23 has all above-mentioned specs but it's hard to find this phone..

                              I checked the offers of various stores selling M33 but everywhere instead of parameters they give the same Samsung's template advertising list with device properties encouraging to buy it.

The issue seems to be with the SIM or service provider, and not the phone itself. But your situation may be different. My advice is to go to a customer care centre of your service provider and ask them.

                                  I've been using this phone since oct 2022, have been facing a strange issue. Whenever I'm on call, phone drops to 3G or though in 4G does not support any data. Tried this multiple times and was stuck. When I'm using in WiFi this issue does not occur as the WiFi takes care of the data support. Anyone has similar issue. I was using with Dual SIM.
