my phone was all OK but suddenly the phone doesn't charge at all ??
Any body has the same problem , Please advise and how can i solve it .

got smashed, hit, crashed, throwed away, half of the body went to the water, and it is still alive. strong enough.

I am regretting a lot about this mobile, it did not work even for two years and its mother board got damaged.

I can't believe that samsung galaxy m51 won't get the latest andriod 13 update. It's very disappointing. My sister's samsung galaxy A71 got one. Really regretting buying this phone.

My first M51 after 6 months wont charge . I baught a new M51 same thing after 3 months same problem . I noticed when it wont charge i gave small knock in his back and somtimes its charge . But now my too M51 are dead .
Custmer service cant fix . !!!!

I ignored android12 update completely, so the question is will I will be able to upgrade from 11 stright to 13 without 12 in the middle (assuming 13 do comes out)?

Anonymous, 12 Oct 2022No, M51 will be not upgraded to Android 13I 've asked samsung support in chat about m51 and they said Dec 26th we will roll out one ui 5 with android 13 !

Its been 2 years I am using m 51. never have I ever faced a hanging or battery issues yet. I travel frequently, My battery back up is exemplary still. I can do reverse charging :) to my S21 FE. I have been a samsung user for almost 12 years started with Note 2.

Nicksname, 16 Nov 2022Now that the M32 5G is getting updated to 13, surely it mus... moreWell.. yeah, Even My A31 6gb variant Is still not sure if Its going to get android 13 while M31 or A51-A71 will get android 13 which is weird... A31 And A51 performance is almost neckineck, and Its unsured if its going to recieve android 13, Pretty weird for M31 to M51 too since those phones Are much fater than A31 and A51 but aint gonna recieve it.
These are capable phones I really hope samsung still Add these since they promised starting from 2020 mid range and high end phones will get 3 years update

Now that the M32 5G is getting updated to 13, surely it must also come to the M51 that launched after it? Lack of 5G aside, a much more capable device.

My M51 display looks brownish or little faded. When it restarts, the background is not 100% black but has brown tinge. When I play video on YouTube, colors look faded compared to other LCD panel mobiles. Is that common or can we make it normal in the setting or there is any problem in the display?

Been using this phone since March 2021, the 7000 mAh really is a beast, my previous A50s perform really bad after 1 year of uses, so much lag & need to charge the phone 2-3 times a day. Feels so much different after changing it to M51, even after using this M51 for almost 2 years, performance & battery still the same as it come out from the box for the first time, never experienced any lag & performance issue, battery last for 2 days (3 days for light usage). Will be staying with this phone until samsung create another phone with monstrous battery, another 7000 or even better
