I've been using it since 2022. Still work very well for my daily driver and gaming (PGR, CODM, GRID Autosport).
I don't face any problem. It's just your bad luck or skill issue (?)

It's lack stereo speakers lol. I can accept side mounted fingerprint but no dual speakers is a big no no. SD 778g should have been in A72 instead of this

I mean you are only one who can say so...Bought mine on Amazon on 04/03/2022 at 264€ (nice offer) sold and sent by Amazon, no green or pink line issue, it will probably receive just one more update (minor security patch), but It still works as first day.
EU version (PHE/Spain). M series are Amazon exclusive, if you bought It on another retailer or seller, or in Amazon but sold by external seller, then is normal that Samsung asks you to pay.

Very bad. Say no to samsung again. 2 years usage with microphone broken. Noooo. Big Brand is no problem. Strong and no problem cellphone is everyone consumer want

handset was out of warranty,may last updation I got 1 green line on the screen after 3 week the total lines became 6,I received a mail saying that the Samsung display cannot be replaced, if you pay 7000 rs, they can replace the display with 3 month warranty, then why are they giving 4 to 7 year update..This is a mobile with no physical damage.

Shamesung, 09 Jun 2024Apparently samsung is now shamesung m52 is a shitbox i purc... moreIt came out with Android 11 - so it already had two updates and will not recieve any more. I bought the EU version in August last year and I havent had a single problem , no lines, no bugs. It is flawless for now. Considering that this is almost a 3 year old model, I am surprised at people dissing Samsung for not repairing their phone for free after 2 years.

I purchased M 52 on 11.03.2022 for 25000. Three lines came on screen on 31.05.24, 14.06.24, 01.07.24 and when I cotacted Service centre, battery bulging was alsò niticed, estimated cost for repair was 9400. This is a worst phone, I had lost my money, I had reported the matter before National Consumer Helpline, by around 2 years, phone became useless. I m using M30s, my wife M52, M14, my children M31,A20S. We had not used smartphone other than Samsung, before we were using core 2, y duos, j7, c7 pro and we had no complaint. But now M52 complaint is not resolved. I understand that life of M52 is only 2 yrs. If the complaints are not settled amicably, u will loose ur market, just like Nokia

Did the green lines r... moreNOPE - I did not bring it to the local ShAMSUNG Service location over at SM-North Annex - they gonna charge me for 9K to replace the screen. That is why I am done buying any ShAMSUNG phones . This is my last buy here in Pinas. Im using it as a 5G hotspot now
