Internet calling not working, except when started it with the speaker phone on. I gave it to the service centre to fix it. Still the problem persists. Pls help if anyone knows how to fix it

Guys SAMSUNG knew about this problem but they do not want to do anything about It else they should revert the old one until they rectify this issue in this update. I my self say if U know a friend tell him not to accept any update coming from anywhere then everything is going/working fine and know one should bay SAMSUNG SETS until they rectify and even send an apologies to those who get effected by this update.

i was having the same problem
after struggle 3 weak i found a solution.
i visited one of samsung service center and inform about voip calls problem. they took mobile for 2 days and solved this issue.
now my mobile working fine
i hope this will help everyone have galaxy mega 5.8

PISSED-OFF, 17 Jan 2014After updating last Monday, Jan. 13, I couldn't hear voice ... moreHaha! That's exactly what I felt when I updated my Galaxy Grand last year, first week of December. That seemingly, harmless, 12.41MB worth of update did the most damage to my phone that I have no other recourse but to roll back from the previous version because even after reset and lost some very important data, the phone was still sluggish as $#!+!
Now, I own a Mega 5.8 and they still did the same. Samsung seems to have no sort of quality control when it comes to updates. Good thing I have not updated my Mega yet. Maybe, I have learned a valuable lesson from that experience.

PISSED-OFF, 17 Jan 2014After updating last Monday, Jan. 13, I couldn't hear voice ... moreI am also in situation of yours. Big problem to make voip calls. Now I am not able to hear from regular calls also. Samsung shold do something for this.

When this appear my mobile works slows
