Me too same problem. After the recent firmware update my skype, viber, line is not getting incoming audio. Still ok with the loudspeaker.

Same is the problem with my Mega 5.8 and it all started after some updates... I tried resetting the phone but problem is still there and it is with all VOIP calls...

I'm also experiencing problem with internet calling! I can't hear the other person on the line when I'm using earphones. I've tried Skype and LINE and both have the issue. WTH happened to samsung? Very poor Quality Control.

does any one had problem with skype on Mega 5.8 (dual sim variant) when i make or receive a call other party can hear me but i can not hear any thing with handsfree on. but on loudspeaker its ok. same is the problem with viber & hangouts.

SHED, 03 Jan 2014even mine says it only has 1gb of rampls update your phone software..
at first it shows 1 gb only.. after updating the phone's software it shows 1.05gb.
