I bought the phone 4 months ago and its giving problems. When i get a call i cannot here my caller and also caller cannot here me (complete silence). I have to restart it for calls to work. Vibration works once in a while. I took it to seller and was told the IC has a problem and they have to import spare from china, yet the box was indicated made in Taiwan. What else could be the problem. Its also too slow

I have a quick queries with th... moreIt might be open or the green sticker is the marker by the shop to identify easily that mobile is under by them incase you returned the item for warranty as normal samsung package and all brand new unit of samsung they never put any sticker on the head of the screw.

Hi Guys,
Good day to all. I have a quick queries with this phone. Last week I swap my phone LG G3 beat dual with this phone. Just to make sure how to check if this phone is already open or repaired? I noticed that in one side of the bolt there is a green sticker with chines character in the back panel of my phone. That is mean that my phone is already opened and repair?
BTW I'm from Philippines. Hope for your replies.

I have been using this phone for about 2 years now. Works great. Only issue is that it tends to work slowly as I switch from app to app. I have to factory reset it like 3 times to correct this issue. Now I have installed antivirus and cache cleaner that made my phone process faster than before. Overall, very good. Great as tab and phone.
