The Samsung Galaxy series model is a smart phone....

alfaaz, 27 Jun 2013s3 is better than mega 5.8Dual SIM is priceless. Not forgetting Mega screen is bigger than the tinny screen of S3. Another unique feature is dual windowed screen which I can be watching YouTube and reply messages at the same time. It's crammed with so much juicy stuff.

Nobody is saying that you should buy Grand only. But we are saying not to waste your money on Mega as the configuration is almost same as Grand. This phone is not worth more than Rs. 20000.
The display is normal TFT display. Now MOST OF THE BRANDS ARE OFFERING FULL HD DISPLAY ABOVE RS.20000 RANGE.
Samsung is fooling people with it's brand name and charging more for low configuration phone.
IF YOU DON'T WANT GRAND, YOU SPEND SLIGHTLY MORE AND BUY S3. IT IS A GOOD PHONE AND BETTER THAN GRAND. BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Hey guys...i have taken Mega 5.8" 2 days bck....n trust me..its far far better than grand....Bigger in size, faster, battery life, over all experience...specially the touch is really better than any other phone yaar....U can go grab it...trust me.i got it fr 22,900 and its really stylish and a awesome tab...before taking the phone i read a lot of reviews here people were talking negative stuff bt trust me its awesome...IT DOES HAVE RADIO....i request gsmarena.com to update the specifications correctly plz....mast hai boss

An update for the readers.
Now Micromax has announced Canvas 4. It has fantastic specifications. It has 5" full HD display, Octa Core 1.2GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, 13 MP back camera, 3 MP front camera.
It would be launched on 10-7-13. The expected price for this is Rs. 15,990. The preorder for this started yesterday - 28-6-13. This phone is really a value for money.
This should be far better phone than this Mega series or any other over priced brands / models.
However, be aware that Micromax's after sales service is not good. Also you may not get the software updates.

Now Micromax is launching another good phone Canvas 4, on 10-7-13. This phone has super configuration. It has Octa core processor, 2 GM RAM, 13 MP back camera, 3 MP front camera + many other good features. This is the info available currently. It didn't check it fully. Looking at the current info, it should be a very good phone and it should make dent on highly pricing Samsung's sales.
