Been using it daily since September 2013 and just recently it started acting up with heavy freezing issues that can only be temporarily fixed by wiping data. The battery, however, is still impressive today as when I first bought the phone, lasting me a whole day on moderate use.
I'm in awe at the battery's performance being the same despite over 5 years of daily usage.

Anonymous, 17 Oct 2018at any samsung outlet or gadgets storeI too have difficulties in finding Battery for my Mega 6.3 as this is a very old model, in fact i have problem looking for phone cover for it as well, i only use it to download video & play games, i guess the 1.5GB RAM has problem running newer games, Gonna miss my Mega 6.3
Probably will replace it with Samsung A8 star once the Mega 6.3 battery totally drained.
