A phone way ahead of its time. Now the Note 8 has got a 6.3 inch screen and a non removable battery. Mega 6.3 clearly a winner! I should know. I have bought 3 megas and counting.

I have use this phone since late 2013 and i still use it.. love it very much..incridible durability.. now yes its lilbit slower because the app today growing bigger and need more bigger ram.. but its ok it still runs well for me.. to get 4g network i bought a wifi modem 4g.. now its runs faster for browsing etc.. lol.. thank you samsung for release this phone.. im lucky.. dont need extra money to buy phone every year.. i will use it until the phone surrender itself.. :)

I have had several large screen phones and this one is the worst. It has a horrible battery life. You can literally watch the percentage dropping. Closing Bluetooth and Location and background programs doesn't help. It is soooo slow. Waiting on a web page is like the old dial up speeds. Programs open just as slow. I've tried every trick in the book to improve the performance but the phone is just plain flawed. I previously had a Sony xa Ultra and it was super fast, had excellent battery life but I dropped it and broke the screen. I thought I'd save a few dollars with the Samsung. I just ordered a new Sony xa1 Ultra. Anyone want a deal on a used Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3?

i am using this device from 2013 sep and now finally i will change the device.
i loved it so much still working perfect but because of the Ram its slow for 2017

My Galaxy Mega 6.3 still runs well and it's huge, funny to hold and see back in the day this thing came out but now it's size is rather normal...

After long time I didn't check on update for my Mega 6.3 i9205
To my surprise Samsung giving Kit Kat 4.4.2 in 2017
At last I can play Pokemon Go which requires minimum Kit Kat.. lol
The phone performance too has been improved.
