This phone is just amazing. The transitions and animations are smooth. Apps and games load fast. The uses and functions are limitless. The battery is really good. Lasts for about two days with heavy use for me.

All the bench mark tests (except Antutu) give good results to Mega 6.3.according to that is's better than S3 and Note 2...

if it is a good quality tampered glass protector it shouldnt make any difference to the touch screen

Instead of Samsung Galxy Mega, DOMO Slate X3G 4th is a great price and an excellent tablet for 7 inches. It has expandable memory. It functions like my android phone, Quad core processor. I can access the Google play store. I have the kindle app. I can do everything I want to do on this tablet. There are many free apps available.

About heat issues even s4 and note 2 have the same problems because exynos and qualcom snapdragon chips.Every sony devices with snapdragon also have the same issues.

steven, 12 Nov 2013When you buy this device, for the first 2 to 3 months it wo... moreI have your same problems it charges in 4 hours after 2 months (bought in sept 13th) and its not always hot it gets hot only when gaming but when browsing/calling its warm .. about the lag its not often and not for long so its not worth to pay much attenion about and not something to change the phone for, all phones lag every now and then eventually theres no perfect phone.

Anonymous, 12 Nov 2013pls were can i get samsung mega 6.3 in port-harcourt or bay... moreI don't think if Samsung brought 6.3 to nigeria.. they only brought 5.8 and if you happen to see the 6.3 in nigeria, it would not come with a warranty because it is the owner of the shop that went abroad to buy it by himself. Mine was bought that same way and it did not come with warranty.

When you buy this device, for the first 2 to 3 months it would be charging very fast, after some times the charging would be very very very slow and very annoying(more than 4 houre charging), I don't think if Samsung really tested the charging aspect very well before putting it out for sell. It is always hot at the upper part where the camera lens is located. And at times it lags but the users always deny it.
