I know that SAMSUNG galaxy mini 2 will be upgraded soon with (jelly bean 4.1.2), but is it going to run smoothly or may it will be laggy or it is much better to keep the phone runing the default os (GingerBread 2.3.6) ?????

when i lock my phone it turns of its light but after a few seconds its starting to light on itself and i dont even pressing the home/lock button ... pls someone answer how i will fix it ...tnx in advance ... btw its kinda irritating cuz it happens everytime
