not able to view the maps clearly due to its low resolution.what is the use of a phone if the battery doesn't last for even a day !

Also you can download 'Android Sync Manager Wifi' for easily synchronize between your phone to PC via Wifi.

hi i am gonna buy a mobile on this 8th so plz suggest among samsung galaxy mini, galaxy 3, galaxy 5 which is the best phone ?
and galaxy 5 is costlier when compared to galaxy mini and galaxy 3 is there any prob in these? plz ans fastly

It's hard to determine your spesific problem since many possibility might be the issue like system setting, driver problem, windows OS file system (32/64Bit), NetFramework (v3.5 /4.0), USB connectivity (debug/mass storage/charging), software bugs or etc. You should go to Samsung Galaxy Forum to find a solution about Kies Connection or error related issues. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S and mini but never had a problem before as it connect to my laptop successfully (usb debugging mode). Perhaps other user have a solution can fix the problems by posting your valuable comment here.

i just got this phone its nice but my problem is i cannot install it in my pc and the battery..it just last for about 4h even if i didnt used it..and the phone is hot even if im not using it

hello, i recently bought this phone, impressed in every way except battery, however when i tried to connect it to my computer samsung kies installed fine, but when i plugged the phone in, it shows an error message saying "this edvice isn't supported by kies 2.0(which is the latest version) check that your device is supported and try again. i've tried reinstalling the drivers, i've tried reinstalling kies, i've even tried connecting in download and recovery modes, IT STILL WILL NOT CONNECT. my advice get a better model such as the galaxy ace or s.

I just bought the mobiel phone and is amazing, the problem about batery is how you start :P
you should format the battery 15 h 3 times, so after you run out battery let it close than charge 15h :P

it has 3g but without video call support,moreover poor resolution and low battery backup makes it worst.

If we upgrade this phone to android 2.3 and then the phone brick or not function properly ,does this affect the warranty.

Dear friends,
I have bought this mobile few weeks ago. Every thing is good in that phione , but only the battery. While using the net & others gam,es, it kills, due to poor battery. So, any body know how to increase the battery power. Iam eagerly waiting for ur comments.

AnonD-16518, 04 Aug 2011i beg to differ my batt goes up to 3days...which is o.k for... morei agree with that,I got galaxy ace, since in my office our pc there has all the access over the net, so i'm not using all conectivity device, i just only use it for text and some minute calls, and i got 3 days of battery, i also turn off the packet data. and install juice defender.
one thing that make my battery life goes to 1 day,,
i just use the wifi and donwload apps to my mobile, and use gtalk, ym and youtube. good battery if u use wisely..
