In fact i don't care if Samsung delay the update since i already have GB custom firmware (root) with far more advance android feature. I hate waiting..

I am unable to find market Icon in my Samsung Ga... moreI don't know if there is 'S Market' instead of 'Android Market' (did you mean Samsung apps?). Sometimes the icon market missing after updating froyo/ gingerbread or by other reason. Try to restore the icon market by doing this step-by-step:
- Go to Settings - Go to Applications - Go to Manage Applications - Go to All tab - Go the “Market” application - ‘Clear Cache’ then ‘Force Stop’ — DO NOT Clear data - Go to “Google Services Framework” application - ‘Clear data’ then ‘Force Stop’ - Reboot your machine.
After reboot, restart Market application. Reply to this post if not success.
Fyi new version Android Market v3.0.27 just released with bugfixes and brand new design.

indeed the battery doesnt last long but overall is good.
i have to charge my battery every day....

I am unable to find market Icon in my Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570. I am having some other Icon like S Market..! I bought this mobile from Dubai..! Pls help me how to get back the icon..?

Jyoti, 04 Aug 2011Battery is not good joythii beg to differ my batt goes up to 3days...which is o.k for smartphone anyway, i would advice to turn off the packetdata, dim your display a lil bit..and alwayz rem to close your apps after you done...n u good to go... :)

I just got this phone yesterday and is awesome!
People say battery is a shit, but it all depends on how often you are using your Galaxy.
But in general, is so awesome! I'm glad I bought it, much better than my old Nokia E63

Jst got this mobile 1 hour before and wow!!!for the price its wow!!!i was choosing between zis one and sony ericsson xperia x10mini or x8 bt apart from the display is 256k zis one is lot more better!!!!!!!bigger screen XD and dual touch

I usedd 'corby 2' for few days and had problems with internet usage. it was very very slow. i sold it and now looking for a good phone for browsing in this range. I use a BSNL sim. can you guys tell me if Galaxy mini will be good? surfing on N95 is good for my BSNL SIM. But i want a touch screen phone. so looking fwd to this one. please guide me guys.

Javier, 03 Aug 2011My battery only works 6 hours, why???????it's because of the unnecessary open applications..check for your phone's settings to have a good abttery life..my phone's battery last for 2-3 days.. :)
