i juz have my samsung galaxy mini 2 weeks ago.. and i never use it when i got it.. but why is it when i tried to play music the sound shut off.. it's not on the silent/mute mode but i cannot hear any sound.. but when i tried to put a headset that's the only time that i was able to hear the sound??? what's wrong with that???

1- I know the screen on this phone is a 3.14inch, but can you notice the difference to a 3.2inch size-wize?! This screen seems to be wider than most 3.2's but shorter in lenght...
2- Moreover the camera does not have autofocus, does that make the pictures substacially less good compared to -say- the LG Optimus One (which has autofocus) ?!

i didn't find any option to select only 3G network, so whenever i get into my room the phone start using 2G (EDGE), i am so frustrated.... any help???

Hello buddies,
Many people have been complaining of battery life. Well, most Android phones are just like that and also the famous iPhone is no exception....
If you want a longer battery life here are some tips:
1- Turn off 3G if you have nothing to do online.
2- Deactivate Bluetooth.
3- Turn off WiFi
4- Decrease the screen brightness (to almost half the bar)
5- Make sure you have no running apps in the background.
(Reverse these actions only when you need them, just don't leave all those things on and then complain of battery life)
I did those things and I use the phone for 48 hrs before recharging it.

I just bought this model and i'm confused about the battery.. is it normal that my battery last only for 24hrs? without using the wifi or even a call? However, i really love the features and its easy to use.

battery was not a problem in this phone .. i can use this up to 34hours but with normal use but 24hrs is enough cuz every day i want to make sure that my battery juice is full, for assurance that it will last.
