help me plzzzzz
yesterday my phone freezed while i was on the facebook so i shut down the phone ... and then tried to open it again but it doesnt want to open it hangs on the samsung logo and doesnt want to open .... i tried several times to remove the battery for an hour and reinsert it and also made a factory reset but there is no difference plz help guys

Nice phone for browse internet (Skype working fine), watching movies, good sound quality. Only problem is Camera is not good. very poor condition camera with this phone.

priya, 27 Dec 2012how to connect pc connectivty on this foneyou just need to follow these settings in your phone if you are already using 2G internet service in your phone and your service provider has activated 3G service in your account then follow these steps to use 3G service:
Click on menu
then settings
then wireless and network
then mobile network
then remove tick from check box of usse only 2G option.
Once you remove that tick in place of "E" symbol in your phone you can check 3G or H. H is for 3.5G and this handset is compitable for 3.5G service and again you do not wish to use 3G service in your phone then simply you need to tick on the check box of use only 2G option and it will change from "3G","H" to "E" means on 2G services. Keep sharing your knowledge.

Bappy, 27 Dec 2012How i know its connected to 3G ?when you are using 2G service in your phone it will show you "E" symbol besides the network bars and if you are using 3G service in your phone it will show you 3G or H. H is 3.5G and this handset is compitable for that. Keep sharing your knowledge.

Anonymous, 21 Dec 2012how to transfer messages from phone to computer or sim card?you have to download sms backup and restore app from google play store and then make a backup file for your messages, i only know this way.
