Go to setting and click on Wireless and network settings. Then scroll down to Mobile networks and then untick the Use only 2g option. Hope it helps. i am a user from ethiopia,
1. whenever i recharge my account balance, it doesn't
recharge. it remains the same.
2. it kept noticing me that the phone memory is full and it doesn't receive any messages, how can i free the phone memory, or how can i transfer apps from the phone to SD card.

i have mistakenly replaced the CONTACTS icon which stays at the button of the phne display with Quick office butto. so when i want to acces contacts i go to menu tpge find it there. i want to return it to the Front face of my phne. how do i return that shortcut icon? experts pls advice

Thought this phone was the best NOT! 2 weeks later the phone started using more and more power!Thought it was because of me using the phone most of the time NOT ! The phone was a birthday gift which I recieved on the 5th December today..the 20th December the phone WONT switch ON properly....Seems as if I have to reboot the phone at least thats what the flashing message reads? Now im stuck through Xmas without a phone untill I get this piece of junk sorted out!Oh and yeah Merry Xmas!

In my country this smartphone is called Samsung Galaxy Next, also there is a "turbo" version (Galaxy Next Turbo S5570i) which has an overclocked cpu @832Mhz.
