For me, the screen on the iPhone 4S (3.5") is a bit too small. But the iPhone operating system is a lot simpler than the one on the Galaxy Nexus.
But the Galaxy Nexus is a lot more open, and allows you to do a lot more - in that sense, it's more powerful.
It might come down to Power and Ability (Galaxy Nexus) vs Simplicity (iPhone 4S)
Everyone here will give you a different opinion, but that's mine.

why these all files type are not in the list like S2 ?

Actually speaking we don't need such a big screen phones which will not even fit in our pocket 3.5 to 4 inch is the correct size the massive sizes above 4 inch has no use as phone becomes too bulky and tabby..

the big daddy of all phones is the galaxy s2, it has dominated all the phones that have came out this year even the iPhone 4s becuz it was out way b4 iPhone 4s came out, plus nexus only have "super amoled" screen not "super amoled plus" like the galaxy s2 as well as a 8mp camera.
