while recording a video the sound isn't recording with it.. the mic is working okay in calls n etc but the video isn't synchronizing the sound with it at all. HELP PLEASE

Just follow these steps go to desktop find computer icon right click on it go to device manager after this new window will open find device management double click on it wait sometime it will search devices that are connected to your computer or PC then find Galaxy nexus or other device or portable devices just right clik on it and desable and re-enable it restart your PC then connect your Galaxy nexus it will automatically search for drivers. your problem will get resolve enjoy

deepak, 21 Dec 2013hey thanks, the vid really makes it look simple, hopeful... more4.4.2 is the unoficial update if u want to install it then you have to install clockmode recovery 6.0.4.3 after this you can install the 4.4.2 do one thing first install 4.3 official with the help of firt video named unbrik or unroot

after rooting just unroot it

actually i havent rooted my phone so bit worried in all the jargons and not sure i will be able to do it, pls let me know any site which offers step by step tutorial for it...
alternatively is 4.4.2 worth the update by rooting.. i mean do u really find any major difference, i saw the nexus 5, most of the changes seems under the hood....

install Nexus Root Toolkit in your desktop and install all required drivers and follow instruction. i have done it and using 4.4.2 KitKat.

i got a samsung galaxy nexus from dubai and its still on 4.1.1, i know it wont get 4.4 but atleast it shld had updated to 4.3 ?
sad no updates
any 1 else from dubai has got samy gnex pls let me know if you got more than 4.1.1 ota .

If you never owned one don't leave dumb comments. Even if you have, tell me what device is better, hardly any they only might be a little faster. If that's all it can only mean great phone and since most people have a cheap smartphone, this device is still a great device and not to expensive.

If you look for a decent phone with lesser specs than the SIII but in the end running as good or better this is the one.
If you look for the Nexus 5 ask your Q at that phone.
