nexus i9250 current version of My phone is 4.2.1 and i want to update it in 4.2.2 or 4.3, when i click on check now it shows your system is up to date. not getting any update. please help and tell me how do i update it.

I use Samsung Nexus before 2 years ago, but i have a problem now. in first time from tow years ago; I switch on my Bluetooth to send file to other device, then it was hanging and i can not open it, it's just lauding mark X light to long time and to open screen.
so,how can i fix a problem and i need to get my pictures and video from it ??

worst phone experience in terms of durability. dropped once around 1 feet only. show no crack in glass but display gone. very low build quality. dont buy Samsung ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even price is cheap in term of specs. gimics . damm
