I also cant give the exact solution for your problem, but this is an Trial and Error Method. Hope it will work.

I think this is happening because the handset type which you have bought is W-CDMA. Try to insert a CDMA Sim card and check whether it works. I also cant give the exact solution for your problem, but this is an Trial and Error Method. Hope it will work.

This mobile is outstanding,I am using it for a year now and still just love it,also using Sony Xperia Z which is superior in hardware but stock android is way better.

I tried to download user manual from web. Then I came to know that this model also known as SGH-N044 which also known as GT-I9250. I tried Indian AIRCEL SIM. Even after in putting PUK and SIM Code the phone doesn't show signal and I couldn't use this phone for telephoning. Any one please let me know remady . Thanks.

Hi Guys,
After using the phone for one month, this is my review about the phone.
Phone Info :
Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9250. (Unlocked version - Any Sim Card)
Android Version : 4.2.2
Country : India.
Rooted : Yes.
Custom Rom : Sourcery_maguro-5.2 / Xylon_Maguro (I use both of them Time to time)
I bought this used phone from www.OLX.in for Rs.16,000/-. It was 1 month used before I bought it.
At the time of buying the phone, I was confused that whether I should buy it or some new phone in the same price range. But believe me guys, if you have the same confusion as I had, Just go for this phone straight away. This phone is faaarrrrrrrr much better than all the other Samsung/Nokia/SonyEric/Karbonn/Micromax phones that are available in India for the same price range. I have compared this phone with all other available phones in the same price range.
After using this phone for almost 1 month, here are the My Personal Pro's & Con's of this phone.
Pro's:
1. Fantastic Screen Resolution and Super AMOLED screen.
2. No lagging at all (Homescreen, Apps table, Touch Response) compared to other phones.
3. Good Camera. (Although it's 5MP, then also the clarity is too good.)
4. If your phone is rooted, then you can customize almost every single item of this phone, which for me is a fantastic thing.
5. All the apps/games run smoothly.
6. Average Battery time- 1 Day 14hrs. (If you use your phone only for Calls, SMS and little-bit gaming)
7. Notification LED. ( A major + Point for this phone.)
8. Very Light-Weight.
Con's:
1. Low Battery life if you are using this phone continuously for gaming, internet. (At max. 6 to 8 hrs.)
2. No external storage. 16GB and that’s it but I can still live with that no problem.
These are my Pro's & Con's, ...... But then.....
I just loved this phone, By far this is the best Android Phone I've ever used.

the inbuilt apps like camera and gallery are missing from my Google nexus i9250 phone... please help me to restore back, other than factory reset and also y this might have happened? please help
