I have Galaxy Nexus i9250 yakju version running by JB 4.2.1. How can do that? simple just download Nexus Root Toolkit the update to 4.2 after installation your phone is already running to JB then connect to wifi and u can see the OTA update automatically appear on your scree for JB 4.2.1.

Just Download Nexus Root Toolkit from Internet instead kies because Samsung galaxy nexus is not supported in Kies and you can update, rooting, backup, and Lock the OEM in this toolkit.

Very good phone......mine updated to Jelly Bean 4.2.1 on Yakju build.
