I am from India..my frnd in US will buy it for me,from Google play...The only problem is that it has only US warranty. Is the price difference (Rs 6K(after dollar conversion)less in US) worth it, considering that the warranty wont apply for the phone,once i get it in India..
1 more question: The phone, i assume will be a new one. Not a refurbished one, right?

After updating Galaxy Nexus with Android Jelly Bean 4.1 it was seen that the root access got in the problematic condition. In order to fix the same you can try http://www.androidust.com/root-galaxy-nexus-on-jelly-bean/

Wtf were they thinking when they said a "no no" for memory card slot? Is it samsung's deliberate attempt to shoo of customers from this Google phone?
