When peoples are using a wireless gadget or speakerphone, they know that they must be close to their phone. They are not tangled with the cable while doing another task.

Nimal, 13 Sep 2019Of course most paragraphs were copied and pasted from verif... moreAnd I pointed out you didnÂ’t included the other information that wired earphones have emissions as well.
DidnÂ’t you read? AirPods have 1/240,000 the power of a microwave oven. Saying it has the same frequencies as a microwave oven only but omitting the fact itÂ’s only 1/240,000 is a HUGE difference.
And you cannot say using wired earphones have zero emission. They still produce 30% of the SAR of 1.0 (maximum rate approved by FCC is 1.6), which means WIRED EARPHONES still produces .30 SAR, while AIRPODS have .466 SAR. ItÂ’s less than 1/3 of the maximum safe level.
If we follow your argument about “radiation” we should not be using cellphones at all because you still hold it and keep it on you all the time.

Maria, 13 Sep 2019Firat of all, I am not a Samsung agency or whatever and I a... moreSeems like you have no sense as to what you are writing. I have weddings and birthdays to play for as a sole musician. I play lead guitar and sing over pre recorded backing tracks which is played on my smartphone connected to my Nux MG 20 multi effects guitar pedal board via a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm Aux In port on my effects processor which is then connected to the PA system or my portable PA (Roland Street EX). How can I can do this on a Galaxy Note 10/10+ device without a 3.5 mm jack? (Please don't recommend extra cables/adaptors which are not working properly yet and which are unreasonably costly).
Incidentally, now Boss has introduced a way to connect smartphones to their new guitar processors via Bluetooth such as Boss GT 1000 to control and create patches remotely from their smartphones. These are very high end guitar processors used by very high end musicians using smartphones. There are even high end electric guitars to cater to certain smartphones such as Fender Deluxe IOS Stratocaster!
Here we have a loyal Samsung fan who have been using Samsung mobile devices for over a decade significantly affected by Samsung's decision to drop the 3.5 mm jack. I am part of millions of Samsung loyalists who are affected by this decision and I am unable to understand as to why you and the other person (7h3N319hb0r) are getting upset by my genuine complains?

After doing a lot research on Google the conclusion is WIRED HEADSETS ARE A MUST to avoid radiation from phones to keep them at a distance from the body and to avoid Bluetooth or any form of wireless microwaves near our brains.

Maria, 13 Sep 2019Sorry, one thing I forgot. If you are really a professiona... moreTry for yourself please. You cannot put the speaker on and keep the phone at a distance unless you raise your voice and it's very difficult to hear also. With a wired headset you can keep the phone at a distance at talk at very low volumes as you have the mic near your mouth and the sound is clear without background disturbances. Hence, wired headsets are a must.

If you are really a professional, no matter what your position is, and need a very private and confidential conference, you can rent or make it yourself, a soundproof room. Why do you use wired headset while anybody can hear your voice speaking? LOL

Neverth... moreFirat of all, I am not a Samsung agency or whatever and I am paid by myself. We are talking about the audio jack and it is valid for any brands of phones.
For the sake of serious musicians, they never use their smartphones for any serious music recording in the serious music performance.
And last, but (may be) least, I do not do any research or copy paste from google, but I am sure that it is more and more healtier not to use any smartphones. Just like our old peoples, back to 30 years and so. LOL

You forgot to include the sentence FROM THE SAME SOURCE, “ When you use a corded headset the RF Radiation travels right up the cord like an antenna into your ears. So Bluetooth and corded headsets are equally unsafe..."
I too can Google stuff up.
“ the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) currently requires the SAR for wireless devices to be 1.6 watts per kilograms or less. This figure was developed in the mid-1990s to protect consumers against short-term heating risks. The SAR for Apple AirPods is about 0.466 watts per kilogram”
“...the (microwave) oven operates at anywhere between 600 and 1200W, while Bluetooth earphones are categorized as Class 2 transmitters. This means they can transmit up to 10 meters and operate at 2.5 mW peak transmission power. To give you some perspective, 2.5 mW is 240,000 times less than 600W“.

They emit the identical RF Radiation (a.k.a. microwave radiation), at the identical frequency, that your microwave oven uses to cook your food. The wattage obviously is different, but it is the exact same radiation. 1G, 2G, 3G & 4G cellphones also emit the same RF Radiation. If you wanna cook your brain use your phone near your head or use a wireless bluetooth headset and get your brain cooked up nicely.

7h3N319hb0r, 13 Sep 2019Number three is correct. Even wired earphones have radiatio... moreQuote" The radiation from a wired headset results in weak radio waves at audio frequencies -- difficult to detect, even with sensitive equipment, and several orders of magnitude weaker than the radio signal the cell phone produces. Using a wired headset is one of the safest solutions available for cell phone users.
Recommended Practices
You receive the strongest radiation dose from a cell phone when you hold it to your ear because it is close to your body; distance reduces any radiation hazard. With a headset, you can put the phone on your desk or car console, moving it away from your body to decrease your exposure considerably. A wired headset contributes very little of its own radiation. " End Quote
Devices such as Bluetooth headsets emit wireless microwave radiation. These radiations cause dangerous health hazards.

Maria, 13 Sep 201901. When doing a conference call, for example, they do it w... moreYou sound like a paid employee/agent of Samsung.
Nevertheless, my team and I always use wired headsets while making calls or conference calls from our mobile devices via; Skype, Zoom or GoToMeeting. We cannot use speaker phones as most calls are confidential and we cannot disturb people in the vicinity. Hence, a wired headset is mandatory. For that we need a 3.5 mm jack on our mobile devices.
Wired headsets will not pose any health risk if used properly. I have been using wired headsets for the past 15 years without any issue.
But soon as you bring your phone near your head or use a wireless bluetooth headset you get unbearable headaches which is due to; Quote "Short wavelengths, as well as the rapid rise and fall times of the pulses emitted by Bluetooth and cell phones, can damage human cells by throwing off calcium ion signaling and causing ion channels to leak. This cellular disruption can cause irreparable DNA damage, which increases cancer risk" End Quote.
Being a professional guitarist myself and when doing one man shows I always plug my mobile device via a 3.5 mm cable to my Nux MG 20 guitar multi effects pedal board so that I can play lead guitar over the top of the backing tracks. For that we need a 3.5 mm jack on our mobile devices.

Nimal, 13 Sep 2019Well a high end professional needs to answer calls and atte... more01. When doing a conference call, for example, they do it with such speakerphone (I do not know the official name for something like speakerphone) so they can talk eachother like they do offline.
And they do not want to be tangled with any wired gadget while doing some works.
They are even far away from their phone while doing other tasks.
02. The musician never do the important task, like you said, with their smartphones. They still need a computer to do the important job. They may listen to the music via the phone in a spare time, just listening to the music for recreational time not doing the serious job in music.
03. About the health: even the wired ones need you to put the bud inside your ears. It may not have signal radiation but it can hurt your ear as well. So in this case, wired ones vs not-wired ones have the same effects.

I read many comment here and I want to write couple words about Note 10+.For me this phone is excellent but price is to high.I compare time when Note 9 appears on market and in that time this phone was brilliant like Note 10+ today but price was lower and Samsung offers better promotions for Note 9.Note 9 and Note 10+ are very similar with functionality but Note 10+ has few big improvements like quick charging, larger battery, slim body and wirelesses charging for smart watch.Package for Note 9 is better than Note 10+ I mean on small things like opening package box which is very bad on package for Note 10+.Phone easily can drop on the ground if you don't be very carefully with opening.Content in the box is purer then package with Note 9 . Trade in program in Serbia is completely disaster so if some guys from Samsung read this they need to now that prerecord program with trade in is very bad.Last year Samsung gave Smart watch for loyal customers for buying Note 9 so this practice with Note 10+ plus need to be continued specially now because Note 10+ is to expansive. Also I notice that Wireless share have issue if Note 10+ have clear view cover on it.Other things and improvements is obvious on Note 10+.I want also said that headphones sound quality this time is much better than headphones with Note 9.Users who has Note 9 maybe don't need to upgrade on Note 10+ unless price is to high.So far I am very satisfied with my Note 10+.

Also, a high end professionals needs a Note series phone with a stylus to sign off on scanned payment vouchers emailed to them.
What about high end professional musicians who need to connect their mobile device via a 3.5 mm cable to their guitar pedal boards to play backing tracks?
Please do not recommend wireless alternative headsets (Bluetooth etc) as high end professionals regard their health as a priority.
I have personally discarded Bluetooth wireless headsets several years ago after discovering the health risks it can pose to your brain and have also stopped answering calls with the mobile device close to your head. For that you need to WIRED HEADSET!!!

The producer of the phones may think that their premium phones are mainly for the have or the high professional that may not have time to listen to the radio/music with the wired headset/earphone.
