Meddy, 04 Jun 2022Thanks for feedback i will try that and seeYou can also try using different network sim apart from the one you use and you might get the update doing that. I'm on vodfone and 02. My phones are aim free. I get update on vodafone quicker than 02.

I've never had update problems and so have never memorized the steps. If you're careless you could end up bricking your phone. I'm assuming you've already tried using Smart Switch.

Adegbenro, 04 Jun 2022Locked to which network? Hopefully not AT&T. right now it uses any network, because it was unlocked but whenever I check the update, it tells me my software is up to date

Also spen is handy.. I've owned this phone since September 2020 and it's still running smooth. Hope this helps:)

I have Note 10+ and my friend has s20+. About display, both of them are great. Note 10+ has a bigger and square like display(which personally I like it. Because it's what makes Note devices different from other phones) and s20+ has 120hz refresh rate. For the camera they both do great, but s20+ has a 64MP camera which can be useful for sb who wants(and 8k/24fps). But when I read the reviews and comments in gsmarena about s20+, I noticed sth. And it was a green line appearing in the display after several months. It hasn't happen to my friends phone, but I think it should be considered.
Both of them are great. And about Note 10+, personally, I really love it: it's display, battery life(especially after ONEUI 4.1 update), camera, design, and sure SPEN which is amazing. I hope I've helped you.
