overall its a good phone: But. yes but. Its very very fragile. This is my second one within 4months. The only reason its my second is because my insurance replaced the phone. I would've opp out. My first note 10+ cracked in a otter box. I have yet to understand that. The second cracked in a military style case. Like How?😡 If note 10+ falls on its corners,I don't care what kind of phone case you have it will crack. Its weird,all the back of the phone cracks. The speed of note 10 and its quality is great. The phone itself is to Fragile. Unless you like paying your insurance deductible.

The aura glow version has to ne one of the most beatiful looking phones of all time, and the performance is outstanding, I have mine since 10 months ago, and not a SINGLE problem so far!

Better learn to take care of things in an inteligent way, instead of making absurd claims, you must be indeed real clumsy to break 3 phones! I have my not 10+ since 6th Sept 2019, and, it is in pristine condition, exactly as day one

I always getting problem with speaker while connect to a Bluetooth headphone and disconnect it..the loud speaker is not working after disconnect the Bluetooth audio devices..

Bought one in march I'm on my 3rd replacement due to screen breaking (with liquid glass and case) in my pocket. I could be literal standing. This last time the screen just quit working while sitting on my night stand.

not satisfied with Note10+ and worst phone ever in note series with respect to brand name.
Issues I am facing after the version upgrade to latest:
1- after the version upgrade to latest, Battery drains very quickly and need to recharge twice in a day earlier this was once in a day.
2- Sound Problem: phone stucks on ear-speaker and can't switch to loudness mode unless i restart each time and sometimes this is extremely irritating even using on bluetooth issue not resolved.
3- in google Maps : GPS is not accurate as this must be.(sometimes)
4- No 3.5mm stereo jack while mostly available C-Type handsfree are not compatible with this phone.
5- very limited branched in UAE to claim this under warranty.
I am using only Note series since Note-1 came in market but this Note10+ is worst of all in its series.
pls. help if some1 can resolve these issues.
