The flat screen is good you can use a tempered glass and the fingerprint scanner should work BUT I dont think I will upgrade my note 9 to this.

It's worse even than last year's base Note 10, that itself already lacked expandable storage and has a smaller battery than the +. Yet, depending on market, the base Note 20 starts off at the same price, or even higher.

The battery is non-removable, hence the phone has to be replaced as soon as the battery goes. That's a deal-breaker. (correct me if I'm wrong).

I think this model looks the best camera set up out of them all, pixel size wise anyway and dual pixel focus too....pixel count in pointless if the quality isn't there in the first place.
I'm not fussed about telephoto on a smartphone, the wide and ultra wide for sure though.
I wonder what the theoretical maximum sensor size (dimension wise) would be, I mean there has got to be a ceiling , or maybe they will go thicker again on phones, would be great for bigger multi cell batteries as well as a physically bigger sensor

Poco f2 pro has even the same 6.7 inch 1200nits hdr10+ super amoled even the poco has 1200nits just like this overpriced phone, as mrwhosetheboss said exynos is 15 degree cooler and with glass it is gonna be miles better, miles more premuim, and miles better in hand feel, I don't care about stereo speakers or ois so poco for me is much better especially in things that I need like soc and build for less than half the price, the price should be less than 600$ for it to be a good alternative to the poco

I like the fact that this does not have a curved screen. If it had a 3.5 audio jack i would have traded my S10+

Galaxy note series are the best phones you could find every year from the brand.But this time..I am brockend.NO glass back,NO curved screen & NO 120hz refresh rate.is this a flagship??even apple's budget iphone se has flagship features from iphone11.being a samsung fan this is a sad experience.

Also we're not in 2015 that brands like Xiaomi build cheap phones that are worse quality than brands like Samsung. In 2020 brands like Xiaomi build high quality phones for a cheaper price. A xiaomi with a Snapdragon 865 will perform better than a Samsung with Exynos 990. It will be faster, colder and consume less battery. The Poco f2 pro doesn't have features like wireless charging and ip68 but it's better in more important things. Not everyone likes glass and that's okay but for 1000$ Samsung should have at least put a higher quality material than plastic. They design on the front of the Note 20 also looks cheap. I really don't know what Samsung was thinking selling this phone at 1000$

Once upon a time there was only Apple. Now today they are joined by Samsung. This company is becoming Intel to me.. I was their one of top fan who had tons of arguments with haters since decade at gsm or other platforms..
I'm feeling so sad that I've to stand against them..
Seriously they're keeping 1000 bucks for this mediocre specs what can be found in today's Chinese flagships at around 600 bucks only?
You've still time to solve this issue before becoming Intel. Where Android has 100 times more competitions than CPU manufacturers or single OS platform like Apple..

Samsung have lost their senses because of Corona it seems. Look at the specification and the price of this phone. Good bye to Samsung flagship phones. I have bought all the Samsung flagship phones S-Series and Note Series starting from S2 but now its time to break the relationship with Samsung.
