I've had this phone for 2 years and I am absolutely thrilled of what it can do. If it was to receive an additional 1 or 2 android upgrades it would have been the best phone to buy in years. Still the screen looks fine, battery works decent. I will only upgrade to s24 ultra when it gets cheaper perhaps in spring or next summer

Greatest phone ever in my opinion. I put a 1tb card in as well and can't fathom upgrading to the S24 or flip because of the dumb move to eliminate the external storage option. I care less about the internal storage size without having the card as backup.

Fortunately, the phone was still under Samsung Care Plus.... So, that settled the grossly unfair bill

It happened to my phone too. It happened to many, many other people too.
Luckily for me, it happened under the Samsung Care period...
But sadly, the Samsung repair denied that this was a problem with the phone. But they still had to fix it under warranty because I had subscribed to Samsung Care....
But I was still heartbroken at knowing that had I not paid for Samsung Care+ on the day of purchase, I'd be dealing with dumb stuff insisting I have to pay for this damaged screen out of my pocket.
So, he careful of Samsung staff who are going to try and blame it on you....
