No edge or curved screen issues at all. But yeah, the battery is lack lustre....

My personal experience is slightly different to yours.
I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra for about four and a half years without most of the issues you mentioned.
(But there was a serious issue after a firmware update in 2023.... It created pink lines and Samsung shrugged off the responsibility.... They refused to fix it and claimed the phone had been dropped ... Ridiculous excuses. .... I'm in South Africa)

1. beware, this phone and s20 ultra have autofocus issues at 1x to 4x zoom due to the 108MP camera, i always have to tap/shake the phone after opening camera app to get proper focus and not blur
2. battery life is bad. only 3.5 to 5.5 hours of screen on time depending on how heavy you use (but otherwise can last a full day combined with 15+ hours of screen off time)
3. impossible to use without a case. edges = accidental touches and bad grip.
4. monthly security updates. but i never update because i fear they'll do the green line thing.
other than that 0 complaints after a year of usage (second hand). I can still game even in QHD+ resolution or 120Hz FHD resolution and on battery saving mode, lol. old flagship phone >>>>>> modern budget phone.

Ali Shakeel Mir, 24 Dec 2024Yes i am facing this same issue! any solution of it ?the rattling sound is the sound of your camera, it makes that sound because your camera has super stabilization. so the body of your phone moves but your camera doesnt. thats why it makes that sound to stabilize your camera on stabilization mode or normally as well its a good thing btw

i have samsung note 20 ultra model SM N986N, carrier lg u+, i am not clear whether this handset has esim facility. and also little bit confused with the processor some apps says it is exynos and some apps say snapdragon 865+. also any rom to flash so that i can use wallet

I love the phone due to its screen superiority and clarity but i hate the overheating issue whenever data is switched on. why overheating? its not good for heavy online users.

Showz, 16 Nov 2024Is this phone a good buy in 2024 for gaming ??Not really if you want a good phone for gaming go for like Samsung A71 for a cheap one i think its like 300 quid and if you want a mid-range/premium gaming phone go for iPhone 13 i have it now its one of the best phones for gaming for a reasonable price

The last Samsung Flagship that has an SD Card slot... I'm keeping mine until it breaks as it can do most of the things the latest Samsung Ultras can do.

I've had this phone for 2 years and I am absolutely thrilled of what it can do. If it was to receive an additional 1 or 2 android upgrades it would have been the best phone to buy in years. Still the screen looks fine, battery works decent. I will only upgrade to s24 ultra when it gets cheaper perhaps in spring or next summer
