They demanded the same thing in my case too.

Fortunately, the phone was still under Samsung Care Plus.... So, that settled the grossly unfair bill

Supervai, 23 Aug 20241 and half years phone and ladies and gentleman, i got 10 l... moreThat's not your fault. This is not because you dropped the phone...
It happened to my phone too. It happened to many, many other people too.

Luckily for me, it happened under the Samsung Care period...
But sadly, the Samsung repair denied that this was a problem with the phone. But they still had to fix it under warranty because I had subscribed to Samsung Care....

But I was still heartbroken at knowing that had I not paid for Samsung Care+ on the day of purchase, I'd be dealing with dumb stuff insisting I have to pay for this damaged screen out of my pocket.

So, he careful of Samsung staff who are going to try and blame it on you....

Harryashford11, 06 Aug 2024Seriously no greenline?mine(exynos version) hasn't had any greenline till date. this last of it kind has been going head to head with current flagships despite it's old hardware. but I'm planning to upgrade to s22 ultra due to lack of Os updates. 🥲

With Android 14, the ability to side-load was crippled on Samsung phones. N20 Ultra stuck on 13 which is awesome for my use case. S22 sux. They are all limited now. I went to IPHONE because of it.

The latest flagship of the Galaxy Note line, the second in the Ultra series, after the S20, allowing the use of both microSDXC and more than one SIM card at the same time, namely one physical nanoSIM and up to 10 eSIM, with the largest display of non-folding SAMSUNG devices - 6.9"

I bought a Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 512GB in perfect condition - a complete set of factory supplies (box, instructions, 25 Watt SAMSUNG EP-TA800 charger, wired AKG headphones with a plug to the Type-C port, ear pads for them), even in films, actually new and a SanDisk Ultra microSDXC 1.5TB memory card (SDSQUAC-1T50-GN6MN) for it to get 2 TB of memory in a mobile device like in a good laptop👍🙂💪. I conducted a technical experiment, which seems to have been a success so far - the slot and processor of the 3.5-year-old flagship Note20 Ultra 5G 512GB💪👏 pulled out a 1.4 TB “flash drive” (the actual volume, as always, is less than indicated🤣), and the presence of eSIM support in it (only the Exynos version of the Note20 Ultra 5G, the Snapdragon version is missing, it does not have eSIM support, be careful if you decide to buy this smartphone model, the prices for them are quite attractive now) leaves the opportunity to use two SIM cards and a memory card at the same time.

Just cus it's an old device with an older chipset. I would go for the S22 (8 gen 1) it seems like a recent phone and the price should've dropped a lot since it's 2 gens older

Im just get the renew mystic black with qualcomm 865+ inside and 512gb cost only 360$, camera, battery and performance is really good so far.. still worth it in 2024

I have had no issue with green line for all 4 years of owning this phone but it's a bit heavy and big for me now. Looking to downsize to a smaller flagship.

Otherwise it's a great phone. No speed issues or anything in 2024 using a 12/500 unlocked US model.
