I am from Seychelles . I will not recommend to purchase this phone.Just one day morning the screen went yellowish.My phone did not fall.For the price paid it is not worth it. Expensive phone should last for a while.Now i need to find extra cash and send it back overseas .The phone is only 9months old. Even my partner wanted to show me hes screen went yellowish but it went back to normal before i saw it.The S pen also have a burnt smell.

hi guys I had recently purchased Sam Note 20 ultra, SD hong kong variant, but frustrated with its ultrawide camera in low light, i have compared it with note 20 ultra exynos, My SD ultrawide camera in the low light is becoming black n white and exynos catching great colours, guys what will be the issue? Exynos is 12 android and my 11 android because 12 is not updated yet in hongkong variant, guys pls suggest

samsung Trade mark with every stable update is not stable always there software have bug, where they can't change that, with my personal experience Samsung they have the best hardware but very bad software (i don't meen Android because i have used HTC and with mid range from HW and the best software HTC they have presented the best phone and it is better than samsung Note / S flagship).
kindly find the latest update issue and there is more, as will the issue camera have been fixed with android 12 but how long it there in note 20, without listening to customer issue and fixed , issue register with samsung direct.

I am from South africa and my phone is still on August security patch yet my Note 10+ is on November patch.any idea why my phone is still on the August Patch still.i checked for software updates and there is nothing it says i am on the latest.

They downgraded the quality so much that it feels like a 100$ phone. I regret buying this one. It was awesome when i experienced that out of box. Missing my best camera setup.

Don't buy. Because within 6 months display gone. Corona issue I can't reach service centre. After all problems 6 months later only I contact them. But they said your warranty period is over and inner scratch in screen and battery also would be change. They charged me 400 riyals. Within 6 months battery and screen both death. I bought it for 70000rs and repairing 8000rs,,😪😪😪. useless fancy phone.

Last month I was asked by my dad to tune up this slab as his new daily driver to replace his dying Note Edge, so maybe I can tell a bit about my experience. On first grip it is massive, quite heavy, and kinda slippery for my palm. It's the glossy mystic black color so I bought him a matte back cover, which he happily accepted. I don't like the fact that it heats up quite fast even in normal usage (I don't do gaming in phones so do him), probably the exynos procie being the culprit. I set the refresh rate to 60 Hz and turn off all the features that I deemed seldomly used by him like superfast charging (apparently he's fine with slow charge), DeX, and so on. I set dark mode and black wallpaper and he seemed to be fine with it so I left it as it is. Sound is loud and clear, S Pen is apparently very useful for him like he used to do on the Note Edge and it's much more impressive on the Note20 Ultra so no problems on these. Camera is as expected for the price but heats up and shuts down quite fast when being used for prolonged time. Overall he's very satisfied with the big jump and I hope he will use it for a longer period than the predecessor, but for me I'll probably look for cheaper options (perhaps S20 FE 5G snapdragon ver.) so I can spend the remaining bucks for other needs.
