Yet another issue. Fast charging is not working most of the time with either of my Note 5's. Not only that, I've been charging most of the day - the highest % I've had was 28%. Since then I took it off the charger and haven't put it back on. Now all the sudden I'm at 39% and I haven't charged it? We have solar charging now?
Disappointing phone.

Anonymous, 21 Jan 2016Because megapixel race is stupid.Yep, sensor size is more important for image quality.
That said, the GN5 camera is well off the pace of the LG V10 in recent tests... competition is always good.

I've used many phones with high megapixel counts, but the picture is never as good as the older 8 MP cameras from a few years back. The JPEG compression used nowadays usually results in blurry and washed out backgrounds and poor detail. Check carefully with your old model before you upgrade.

Anonymous, 19 Jan 2016Looks like the fools at Samsung are fixing the PenGate issu... moreI think Samsungs thinking is "if you don't think the pointy end goes in first you aren't smart enough to own a phone".
Car wheels also fit on backwards... if someone is that silly they shouldn't be changing the wheels.
I'll bag any company on stupidity but "pengate" is really a non issue for 99.99% of people with an IQ above 65.

Looks like the fools at Samsung are fixing the PenGate issue caused by ignoring this principle that is suppossedly used industry-wide.
Poka-yoke (ポカヨケ?) [poka yoke] is a Japanese term that means "mistake-proofing". A poka-yoke is any mechanism in a lean manufacturing process that helps an equipment operator avoid (yokeru) mistakes (poka). Its purpose is to eliminate product defects by preventing, correcting, or drawing attention to human errors as they occur.[1] The concept was formalised, and the term adopted, by Shigeo Shingo as part of the Toyota Production System.[2][3] It was originally described as baka-yoke, but as this means "fool-proofing" (or "idiot-proofing") the name was changed to the milder poka-yoke.
