It's an iPhone wannabe, with the problems of constantly charging that sealed battery, and designed to be obsolete within a year.
A step forward is to have more advantages and features, not more problems and less features. Same insides as S6 with an S Pen - that's what you got. Leftover parts from the failed S6 sales.

No upgrade in memory storage with your Note.5. Looks like you spent $1000 for the same thing but even less in features.

Impractical: charging it for "under 90 minutes" to get a full charge. Whereas I can regain full power in under 90 SECONDS. Keep telling yourself 32 GB is enough, while you enjoyed having extra expansion before.
Awkward: you seriously want to go everywhere with a powerbank/charger/charging pad?
It's like you going back to your iPhone days. Man, I you really wanted that VR headset.
Meantime, I'll be getting two double capacity extended batteries to eliminate not having to plug in 2-4 hours before I go home. At least the back of my phone doesn't shatter at one drop.

A high end smart phone like the GN5 deserves at least 64GB and should really have 128GB in today's HD world.

2) useless = a smart phone that doesn't have enough storage.... ie the 32GB GN5
3) awkward = needing to plug in a usb otg stick to get extra files.... ie the 32GB GN5
4) impractical = needing to connect to cloud when you have poor/expensive mobile data... ie the 32GB GN5
Give me a GN4 with up to 264GB anyday over a 32GB GN5.

Yup, instead of just making the price lower like $600, they have to throw in a useless smart watch or impractical and awkward VR headset to entice buyers.

I am not like what you think and for me 64GB with 4GB of RAM is more than enough! 32GB + 128GB is too much for me. I cannot even use all the 32GB on my Note Edge. And by the way not only Gear VR is free, as I said the other option is the free Gear S2 which you can give a "show up" in public and be the envy of everyone seeing you use it! But I am not that show up guy that is why I choose Gear VR.

64 GB is still too little compared to the 32 GB+ 128 GB in using with my Note 3.
Have a good go with your Gear VR in public. I'm sure you'll be the envy of everyone seeing you use it.

How strange? most the ppl here feel content with their mobiles and dont have the note 5, yet they r against it.
I have the I phone 6 and the note 5: the Iphone is faster in single core operations but the samsung is faster in the multi core. Otherwise the note 5 is better in everything.

[deleted post]I just bought a 64GB Note 5 last night coming with free Gear VR. 64GB is more than enough for me, no need for memory expansion. Another promotional option for 32GB or 64GB is with free Gear S2 and pay it in 12month-installment with zero interest.
