I checked this is the Australian unlocked & regional unlock version too. My CSC code is XSP. Plus a fellow user using Singtel version got update in states. The least you could do is be polite.

I've been using the Google Photo app for 4-5 days now and must say.... ITS AWESOME.

      - Clean easy to use stable app for video and photo cloud and phone storage that looks great.
      - Unlimited cloud space for high quality pics (full size photos limited to 15GB)
      - Amazing face, object and place recognition for easy storage and searching.
      - Automatic creation for collages, story books, panoramas etc
      - simple photo editing
      - NOT TIED TO SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS :-)
      - Easy to share photos and folders
      - Can delete old photos from phone, still on cloud. Deleted cloud items go to trash for 60 days.

The only downside i have is the initial upload is pretty slow but it's worth the wait.

If your struggling for space on a GN5 i'd highly recommend it over anything by apple, dropbox, sugarsync, microsoft etc.

Maybe try to change region to MEA or put australian carrier sim. Why do people buy from cheap price an non regional cell, always go for a Dubai, Saudis, origin with Urdu built in language.

ViPERS14, 13 Dec 2015Dear TheNeighbor, Dont you ever get tired of arguing ove... moreDear ViPERS14,

I'm an owner of Galaxy Notes 1,II,3 and 8. I am a fan of the Galaxy Note series. I love it because of the Wacom difitizer pen and the versatility of the series. Note 8 - not so much as the battery is fixed and it's like giving me half of the 7 hours it used to give me. Something I forsee with the Note.5 as well.

You find it outstanding, while I find the Note.5 very poor with only 32GB being available in most countries. Yes, you don't toss your phone around - it's that fool who bumps your phone, or the @$sh0Le who tried the to put the S Pen back in the silo backwards - I'm sure it will not happen to you. I'm sure you don't mind carrying a powerbank, or the fact that you need to plug the device 2-4 hours before you reach home daily if you use LTE as crazy like me. With my past Galaxy Notes, all is needed is a battery change. And yes, I use 128GB microSD card that gives me storage of 120GB for media and files I need - I guess you don't.

Note.5 is pretty is fragile, limited in storage, design flawed, less in features - I guess you don't mind these and paid for something that does and is lesser than previous Galaxy Notes.

did you insert the s pen in the wrong direction???
if yes, what are you mentally challenged???
i have been using a note since note 2 i never had a urge to do something so stupid!!!
and if no, you have my back you should get a free replacement of that stupid sensor. because note 5 have a issue of the sensor getting damaged easily .that's one of the reason i am sticking to note 4

I am just wondering the reason that Note 5 S Note is worse. I had a Note 2 for 3 years and I loved it and especially the S Note. I could take pictures and add them to my note and record memos into the notes, but the Note 5 I can't do any of that. I'm not happy about that. What was the purpose of the change???

Its ridiculous, N4 already on Andriod 6, and latest forgotten, idiocy of Technical team, just pressed wrong button. Prices have slashed to 30% less, and no major demand even. Titanium paid extra 650$ and unimpressed, from N3. Just many disgruntled people will effect new S7 sales, still no sd card slot. Lets see who wins!

                                      Dear TheNeighbor,

Dont you ever get tired of arguing over something which isnt ever related to you? Its been definitely a few weeks or more than a month since i last posted a comment with regards to you. And since then i have bought the note 5, used it and have no complaints but compliments for it. Oh wait, there is one complaint. They just followed Iphones concept too much. Basically they followed it to about 80% or so. However, it is just the design. For ur fact of glass breaking. So far ive only seen the droid turbo 2 perform spectacularly well when it comes to dropping n crushing the glass. we dont buy phones so that we can toss them to the ground and see the durability. You dont pay so much just so that the phone is durable. Have some sense mate. You're getting really old over here.

If you want to compare specs, please, use antutu benchmark and compare. If youre lazy, please google it. Even better, just read the reviews from gsmarena. That would be great. In terms of camera department, the nexus 6p, iphones 6s and top flagship phones had been taken for comparison and note 5 won. So please, instead of being jealous and place hatred towards the phone and others just because samsung did not bring out a phone according to your liking, accept the fact that they did well and u have a non innovative and creative idea and sleep with it. Thanks!

Anonymous, 13 Dec 2015Precautionary measure do exist. It is inside the user's man... moreWow, Samsung thanks you for defending their design blunder. You get 1000 pats in the back. It's like telling us you must never drop the Note.5 because that's the likely cause of the glass breaking. Did they put that in the instruction manual as well? If not, you're entitled for a free replacement.
