Having migrating from iPhone to android to iPhone to Android for several years, my experience will help a few to make up their mind if to go with ios or android!
Had Note 5 for 2 months, flawless peformance with battery and everything. The downside was available ram! i only use basic apps like facebook, instagram, twitter and pinterest. After closing all apps and clearing everything it used to show 1.6GB available ram, and just after 30 mins again the damn thing goes back to 600mb available ram from 4GB total ram? Are they serious? Huge pile up of ram used to drain battery faster and sometimes make the phone hot.
The second problem was that we as android user accept the fact that we will not be getting the updates on time, and dont even know till when our phone would be given support and updated. Apples iphone 4s shows how they can support their several years ago phone aswell, thats acheiving customers satisfaction in a big way.
Now i shifted to iPhone 6s plus, knowing that i will be supported till when i would want to keep my phone. Its just a kind of reassurance for the money you throw on the things you buy. I am happy and content now, no stress whatsoever.
I always saw that android is to mobiles what windows is to computers. Both arent optimised to run the hardware which is insanely increased day by day. Just look at Note 5 and Iphone 6s+ specs, and iphone mostly beats it except the camera department.
I am a android and apple guy, i own both. but Sensible decision is to invest in Apple, not android. You should value the money you spend so much.

Overall nice device. Battery life is decent. I get around 7_8 hours of heavy Usage. Mediam Usage 9_10 hours. Which is not bad at all but also could be better. Fast charging charges my phone from 0_100 percent in around 1 hour. Speed is fast but after 4 months starting to lag a bit. Light weight. Camera is out of this world and beats competition. No SD card slot is a huge huge disappointment for me. And last thing price for this phone could of better cheaper alot of cheaper in my books but offers no other features like other devices. Like download booster ultra power saving mode Spen and extra volume mode.....

AnonD-100398, 12 Nov 2015Now that's a very honest short review.i read from a very lo... moreI live in Korea and iphones 6s and 6s plus preorder of 95,000 unit news is not that surprising for me. We have over 28million people in Seoul. 95% of them use android and most of them are either LG or Samsung. Phone is not a big deal here unlike the US. You can't buy and pay them directly and walk out the store. It doesn't work that way in Korea. You have to buy it on contract.
Another thing is that decent phone cases doesn't exist here in Korea. That explain a lot why Samsung built it glass back with metallic color. You will not find a decent phone cases in Seoul. Only 5-10 dollar cases that fit like junks and no one cares. Everyone just buy $1 glass screen proctector and crappy wallet cases and be happy with it.
No Spigen, no Otterbox, no one buy branded manufacturer cases because we barely have them in store. Half of the time, you probably will see them case-less and don't give a damn about it. As you know Samsing offers wireless charging with a charging pad but no one buys that either.
They all will buy a cheap $5 battery pack or $5 qi pad that sucks. Even if the smartphone have removable battery we still prefer the cheap battery pack than expensive OEM battery. That is how unsignificant Samsung or LG is in their home country. Honestly, if you sees us with an iphone it is not because we like them. We just love imported foreign product. I mean, who doesn't want to brag their new US branded phone here.

i agree with the comment about the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, you can upgrade and has a slot card to change high memory and can add more if it is full on videos and photos. Like other phones with a similarity of Note 4...

In early august Samsung said the GN5 sales were beating the GN4. We haven't heard a word about sales in 3 months since (that I've seen). I'm guessing this means the GN5 sales aren't really that good?

Anonymous, 11 Nov 2015I'm gonna make an honest compare......First Display:both 6s... moreNow that's a very honest short review.i read from a very long time cause most ppl here post things here like a fanboys which is completly biased.
I agree with you completely mate..the night time photography even with fornt camera is just great on Note5 plus i just love the theme support on NOTE5 it gives a option to change a UI style according to our taste.
& yes iphone 6s plus is indeed more solidly built however the note5 cud have also gone for a full metal back cover but users wud have had to loose the wireless charging feature any ways my Note5 already had quite a few drops from my bed but its still intact as of now.so i must say the gorilla glass on both the sides is doing a very good job in protecting the Note5.
&
LOLLIPOP on NOTE5 is much more polished and the UI experience is much better than any previous versions of KITKAT. I know it is not dead simple or dead stable like the IOS .but i guess that is the price one has to pay for the extra features NOTE5 offers like the themes support Customization, spen software etc

Anonymous, 11 Nov 2015Fragile? Doesn't stop people from buying it. Look at glass ... moreGreat idea - making phone that are more fragile than tougher. It makes customers just dependent, and a shattered back likely will make them tell themselves to buy a new device. Good marketing.

AnonD-100398, 11 Nov 2015Do not worry even a fragile glass phone wud b ok for you ca... moreAnd you have NOTHING to show that the glass back can survive a meter's drop? You're just saying it's Gorilla glass? Nothing to disapprove that it breaks close to a 100% without cases? Nothing? No video that proves you're point?
If it was indestructable, why even have insurance for "free" breakage for one year, as you've said? Why even put that acrylic case as you've mentioned previously?
