Let's see what happens in the Q4. Hope it gets better.

Say no to slots, 24 Aug 2015It seems Samsung did not release higher storage options reg... more'Stop buying this phone' tactic doesn't work. The moment demand decreases, they stop manufacturing the 64gb variant. Then, they cancel the 128gb variant altogether. They think that if no one buying it, why waste time and money producing the 64gb and 128gb variants.

Phones like HTC are beast in this but never get acclaimed . Mostly people neglect and to see how phones are performing after 6 months to a year . Lag process is never ending in Samsung it seems .

Honestly, Samsung sold me a future Xperia Z4/iPhone. I don't care about the battery since the difference between the one in Note 4 and Note 5 is so small I couldn't care less. The important stuff in that field is how the phone manages the battery. What would really bother me if I was the owner of a S6 Edge plus / note 5 is this:

              http://www.androidpolice.com/2015/08/22/video-the-samsung-galaxy-s6-edge-and-note-5-are-aggressively-killing-background-tasks-decreasing-multitasking-performance/

Go home Samsung, you are drunk. Then why do you add more RAM if you are not even gonna use it??

It seems Samsung did not release higher storage options regardless of slot or no slots. My bad.. it seems most android users do not buy high cost phones.

They say 128GB have zero demand. And they pull 64GB version from most countries. Despite they are storage makers!

Curse the slots that make Samsung / Most android users think in this way. We must boycott all these phones, until they decide to release 256GB. And stop buying anything less then 128GB.

The year is 2015. SAY NO TO SLOTS, and YES to high internal storage options! Stop buying this phone and Samsung will adjust their Sale momentum and give us higher storage options!

Gopal Murti, Canada, 24 Aug 2015I am not particularly impressed with Note-5 specifications,... moreI removed the battery only to insert sd card and sim card. You are right. Btw, cosmetic changes already reached its limits too. Metal, glass, leather and there is nothing next. Going back to plastic again would be nice. Plastic don't degrade like leather, shatter like glass or bend like metal. All they need is invent a scratch-proof plastic.

I am not particularly impressed with Note-5 specifications, having owned the original Note, Note 2, Note 3 and Note 4.

However, I am not sure, why so much displeasure being shown for not having a removable battery? How many of us have changed the battery anyway?

Also, built-in 64GB storage is better, 128GB would have been awesome. I find problems with images stored on the removable storage media. It is not reliable and sometimes images are not readable if you wish to download to a PC. This is in spite of using an expensive Samsung 64GB microSD card.

I am sure, the only upgrade we can expect in Note 6 would be 3200mAh battery and a 128GB storage option. That is all.

I feel, mobile phones are reaching end of their imagination and useful features. Feature models would have cosmetic changes only.

So many opinions .. omg..i bought the device 3 days ago and i am actually an iPhone big fan but to tell the truth this note 5 is a beast and i really loved using it. very powerful very attractive design, Great work Samsung

Anonymous, 23 Aug 2015This Note 5 is just 70% complete, Don't worry with all the ... moreIt's that time I will need to upgrade from the Note 3, and was really looking forward to the Note 5. I love the fact that I would have a better processor, bigger RAM, new internal UFS memory, a fingerprint scanner.

Not so with all the silliness of a sealed battery (good for probably a year, you'll really need to carry a powerbank), fast/wireless charging (the faster to ruin the battery), glass back (forget about thin outer skins, you need an Otterbox), no memory expansion (you'd need an OTG, wireless HDD, cloud services), and no IR remote control (I'd have to go to the custodian to get the projector remote control).

I'm up for a free device for the renewal of my LTE service, and what's even worse, THERE IS NO 64GB variant of the Note.5!

Leather on LG G4 deteriorate within 2 months of usage. Many are complaining and switching to the normal back cover. Absolutely going back to zero.
