I bought a Note 5 in Feb loved it but after a couple of months the pen broke inside and couldnt come out...bought new phone and now exactly the same thing has happened. Not at all happy.

Now I am using 5.1 ..when I click on the TAB to check there is any upgrade it says your phone is up to date there is no new update..But in the description it says Note 5 is..
upgradable to v6.0.1 (Marshmallow)
