I personally hate this phone, I had a note 3 and it was the best phone I've had loved all the features and had very few issues with it. So when I saw the note 5 and my contract was up i jumped on it, but its been nothing but issues, I've had to do 3 factory resets so far, battery life seems to get worse and worse with new updates, my damn pen hasn't come out in 3 months it gets jammed with dust and dirt, and others that I wont bore you with. Also you cant expand the storage or replace the battery yourself. So i would not recommend this phone, I've heard that the note 4 is good but who knows about the note 8 since the note 7 died quick.

IR blaster
Group play
Air view for finger
Multi window by long press back key
Pen draw window for new app
Air gesture
Download booster
Smart pause
And many others
Where we only one feature of writing notes directly screen upon taking out spen is added.

Perfect as a Fist, no problems but curiosity to change over N7, it died since blasts news every home. Better wait for N8 nxt year, maybe 4k bla, bla, bla.

I used huawei, iphone and LG series.
But always i feel better with samsung.

I LOVE Samsung. Samsung is for the independent thinkers. My carrier offers the iphone free...no thanks...id pay to not join the herd. Keep making phones. I have a note 5...i likes the S4 better however...i cant complain....well....miss the removable battery.

ive put mine in backwards with no issues it doesnt even really fit you would need to push really hard (be retarded) to cause problems

Unless, of course, you did something like tried to force it in so the nib-end of the pen would be flush with the case.
In all... I'd say that it wasn't the pen being inserted wrong that created this issue unless there were extenuating circumstances. Truthfully... this actually is something that I'd expect a competent manufacturer to test in any design.

no reviews on the note 5 specified that if the S pen is inserted the wrong way the motherboard would need to be replaced. Anyone aware of it? Seems like a serious design flaw or am I being hoodwinked?
One service tech claims motherboard needs replacement, another says the "wacom" is gone. Tell me which is it? Phone is under warranty and obviously they don't want to cover it!
Will never touch a Samsung again based on their lack of accepting responsibility.

I only want to find out the speed to which I can recharge the battery. Is it a quick charge if the the system is dead or flat on battery? Thanks.
