I have 128 microSD, and am planning to even get the 256GB if it is available. Having just 32gb or even 64GB internal in an era of 4k, 60fps, VR recording is just not cutting it.

I am glad I bought Note5. In the past 4 years I had used S2, S4, Note2. I loved N2 a lot but it lags. I wanted to get Note4(bcoz I have lotsa photos and music on MicroSD fron N2) but decided to buy Note5 bcoz it has better camera and nicer design. After 1 month of using Note5 (firmware N9208XXU2PE2, May2016), I don’t miss the MicroSD card anymore. I put my files on USB flash drive and connect to OTG. Before I go travelling, I move photos from internal N5 to a flashdrive OTG. Its camera is very clear and fast. The battery seemed to last 14 hours with facebook, browser & social messaging, on Wifi. When I travel, I use Google Map & Navigation and shooting photos (without flash) and is on mobile broadband. So its battery only lasted about 5-6hours (Note2 lasted 7-8hours). So I have to bring along my powerbank (with fastcharge) to charge when I am in the car. So far, no lag for all the apps I needed for my daily use. I am very satisfied with its size too. N2 was too thick and feels big. It does get hot when I do gaming or GPS stuffs but that is normal and happened to many phones I used.

AnonD-100398, 09 Jun 2016So it was you who I replied to! Lol Stop putting fake nick... moreAt 4am in the morning it certainly wasn't me... you need to realise that many Note fans were disappointed in the GN5... hence the reason the sd card is back.

If people don't make noise about dodgy things then they don't get fixed (ie the GN5 storage and battery life which will be fixed for the GN7). If the GN7 has flaws/missing features i will certainly be pointing them out so hopefully they get fixed for the GN8.

GN5 is a disappointment for two key reasons, not provision for external memory and no removable battery. It may be best in other things but these two have brought it down by 75% .....IMO

I see a lot of users preferring Samsung Galaxy Note 4 instead of Samsung galaxy note 5 . Why is that? Note 5 has some big issues or note4 has better performance characteristics ?

Yeah, i replaced my GN4 battery a few months ago. With heavy use it feels like it has lost about 10% of its original capacity already. I will certainly only be keeping the GN6/7 for 12 months.

Some 10% of battery gone. I'm expecting another 10% drop with the month or two.

I plan to get a Zerolemon 8500mAh external case pack asap to keep the power afloat 40% to 80% to highly prolong the internal battery. Price to pay with sealed battery.

I like my note 4 removable battery but will be happy if the GN6/7 comes with the rumored 4000 mAh battery... it still won't be enough for some heavy users though.
