        guys when the Tmobile note 8 getting Pie update...i only have January patch update as the latest...mine is 2nd hand import and im living in Malaysia

            hello guys needs help as m planning to buy new phone and confused between asus zenfone z5 (256+8) and samasung galaxy note 8(64+6). i know storage is a big difference between both but what about battery as both having 3300mah and which one is having great camera which is my priority.

            Any advice would be nice.

But at home i use gel back cover and use my phone that way. But its better to protect your phone with a case as its very easy to drop your phone or it gets scratched in pocket/ bag. These phones are expensive . For the price of these phones you could buy laptop. But i like these phones as cnt carry laptop sbout all the time. But protection is good.

                    hell, thank you for the reply. what if i use a case on the phone when i go away so it has protection in my pocket but at home take it ouf of the case and not put it in my pocket just lay it on the table and pick it up use it and lay it back on the table for example. my old phone very much hold well during it life time like this way, it was LG V30 morocan blue very beautiful phone now want note in black. but battery got worse over time now need charge it every day 2 times to get 1 day of use. Thanks,

But the adverts that keep popping ... moreI also had the irritating ad pop ups on my my previous phone but it was due to 3rd party apps so I deleted couple of apps which were creating this highly irritating issue and after that things were back to normal.

                            hello, my name is masokh. i am willing to buy this phone. my question is, about this phone, does it stratch easy? i mean the metal frame of the phone. does one has many scratches on note eight? i don't like use a case. just phone without case this phone looks amazing i like to look at the phone without case and not use a case for that reason. hope for reaction, thank you much.

But the adverts that keep popping ... moreIf there are ads popping out when you're outside an app, then it maybe a certain third-party adware/malware app or file causing it. You should try finding and deleting those apps/files. However, if there are ads popping out when you're using an app... it's actually quite normal

If you use battery draining apps (streaming, gaming etc.) it will drain the battery pretty quickly ON BASIC SETTINGS.
                                Solution to this: lower screen resolution and it will double the time you can use it without charging, and still be satisfied with the quality

                                  Anonymous, 19 Mar 2019My note8 using to much battry wile using tiktok it drop 1% ... moreDue to the exploding Galaxy Note 7 because of too big battery, Samsung uses a smaller and less powerful battery in Note 8. It is a known issue that it runs out of battery too fast on default settings.
                                  If it is a single app that drains the battery, you could try clearing the cache and force stop the app which should force it to start over next time using it.
                                  Also if the battery is getting drained in general you can lower the screen resolution.

                                    It is a very good phone. But the adverts that keep popping are very annoying. I wish there was a way of turning them off. they inconvenience people who are not interested

Wh... moreMine also runs on March security patch and I've no issues regarding battery life, I dont use any power saving mode and mobile data runs all day except at night and the battery still lasts for a day.
