I have been using the Note 8 for 10 months, suddenly my upper screen isn't responding anymore with my fingers but works with the S-pen.Meanwhile the lower part of the screen is working with my fingers. Any Help out Please 😭😭😢

After software ... moreeveryone is facing the same problem. i used my note 8 for only 2 months and all the sensors stopped working. there is no way you can fix this, the only solution is take it to the service center and get the motherboard replaced.

After software update some of my sensors(auto rotate and GPS) not working and Give error message (moisture detected on usb port unplug ur charger). If anybody have solutions please let me know.

Eliz27, 11 Nov 2018S8 or note8... Help please..what should i buy?Note 8 if you want the stylus, S8 if you have small 👐. I wanted the stylus and I have small 👐 and that was the only downside. However with one ui it might make the one hand usage not a big problem.

So I went to several software specialists and tried their best to regain Sensors by hard factory reset. Finally I went to hardware specialist and he found a hardware problem that is Sensors 's ic's damage. He reset a new ic and my phone is working well. Thanks everyone.

John, 09 Nov 2018I am using this mobile from last 5 months, does it has real... moreIt has GG 5, which is more shatterproof in comparison with 4, but the downside is that it is more prone to scratches than GG 4. So if you already have some (minor) scratches, I would suggest to use a screen protector which can curve with the screen edges. I bought one from eBay a year ago which I use on the back of the Phone to prevent scratches.

I am using this mobile from last 5 months, does it has really corning gorilla glass because I found some scratches on its screen even I use it with great care. Please tell me should I protect it with additional protection (any recommended)?

Make sure you've backed up everything on the Samsung account, Google account whichever you use.. Back up apps via Samsung cloud and it should be fine.. Many Note 8 users reported better responses from their Note 8 after a factory reset post Oreo update... I later did it on my Note 8 and it works fine.

at first i thought it was weird, but then i realized i only use my phone from 9am to 5pm set in medium batery saving mode, and the average usage time is 30mins to 40 mins 4g facebook browse and all day maybe im sending watsapp and fb messenger around 20 messege and from 9am my baterry is 90% when 5pm only40-50%9 (work days) i think battery drains so fast when compair to iphone. or it is just factory defect samsung should review all note 8 just like what apple did when ipod nano had batery defect, they chage

You could consider the Note 9 a few months later as the price will drop. The battery at 4000mah will last longer than the one in the Note 8 under similar conditions.
