company should provide option like we go to company and upgrade it with some new features e.g upgrade its battery life with replacement, increase its internal memory etc.....

Goes off on its own after a few hours

I bought note and after several month I have noticed cracks appearing on front lower and upper right side screen by themselves without dropping the phone. Samsung service will not fix the screen under the warranty. The phone itself is about 6 month sold. I regret that I bought this phone. It has screen defects.
