I live inkarachi Pakistan few days before i upgraded my tab 10.1 to 4.4.2 after that my phone restart then at that time still my wifi is not working as still i m very nearer to my router nd on my iphone wifi is working as usual plz help

I have note 10.1 and I am in the Middle east, every time I tried to install whats app on my galaxy note 10.1 I faced message there is no compatible version for your device in your country.
any one know how can I fix this issue?

Ive only 5gb left with hardly any apps in it. System apps take up a lot of space. I wonder why we dint get smart manager app with update like i did in note 3 and note edge?
